Our auto repair company is adding to our Information Technology Services team! We are currently accepting applications for an IT Asset Administrator. This position will have a focus on utilizing software to maintain company assets and licenses while remaining dedicated to improving the overall customer experience.

The Technical Details

Job Duties & Responsibilities

·      Inventory and label company IT assets and document changes to them throughout their lifecycle

·      Maintain asset documentation in a secure location that is accessible to appropriate IT personnel

·      Assist I&O in managing user documentation, especially deployment tickets so that asset history is maintained throughout the asset’s lifecycle

·      Document and control company software applications, licensing, and assist in tracking implementation of those licenses

·      Prepare purchase requisitions for new hardware and software assets, including acquiring vendor quotes

·      Purchase IT hardware and software assets, managing the approval and acquisition process

Skills & Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree preferred

·      IT background preferred

·      Strong commitment to confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information

·      Strong written and verbal communications skills

·      Ability work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines

·      Strong customer service focus

·      Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
