What We Need From You


Job Duties & Responsibilities

·       Lead the ideation, development and launch of innovative products

·       Define and manage product roadmap

·       Execute on current priorities while planning future strategies through qualitative and quantitative customer feedback, market analysis, SWOT analysis and business needs evaluations

·       Collaborate with our Engineering and Data teams to understand the feasibility of product features and alternative options when necessary

·       Collaborate with our Product Marketing team in support of positioning and promoting our product

·       Identify and resolve critical issues, roadblocks and execute on shifting priorities

·       Develop customer self-service and onboarding strategies for product platform that shift administrative roles from 100% internal to 70% customer led activity

·       Conduct user experience research to determine product improvements


Skills & Requirements


·       Bachelor’s degree required

·       At least 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager

·       Business to Business to Consumer (B2B2C) experience preferred

·       Successful track record managing and launching products

·       Ability to design launch plans for new products and services
